$800 on pc...suggestions?

So, orginally I was going to buy a prebuilt pc; however, I decided I should try and build one.

I already have a ps3 and xbox 360, so I won't be using it to play many games. However, I will be playing RTS game. Also, I would like this to be used as a media center (streaming music and movies to my Onkyo receiver). I have a few thousand invested in a home theater and believe that this will add to my experience. The monitor, keyboard, and mouse is not included in this budget.

How does this look? Many items come from Newegg's sale...

For gaming a i5 2500k is the best option. You don't need 2600k. If you change the CPU buy a new HDD ,not recertified.
