Is the stock fan on the i5 3570k sufficient?

I know stock fans are great but should I buy a hyper 212 or stick with the stock. Most likely wont be overclocking but maybe be a future option.

Because you are not overclocking there is no point of getting a 212 or any aftermarket heatsink.

If u don't want to OC, why the K CPU?

To OC the CPU is easy now, especially with your CPU.

If you are running at stock speeds in a case with decent air flow through the case, the stock cooler will work.

If you are going to do a "light" overclock (overclock as far as you can without increasing the CPU voltage, the stock cooler may work.

its ok... but if you switch to a hyper 212 EVO your temps will improve greatly.. and that means longer CPU life... even if you are not overclocking it's good to get a nice CPU cooler
