So I just put together my computer. However, I'm not getting any video output, and I think the motherboard isn't working either.

The mobo is supplying power to all the fans, usb, etc. However, the status panel on the motherboard stays at 00 - so as far as I can tell, it never goes through the boot sequence. Video card is powered with its fans spinning, same for CPU cooler, thermal paste is there, can feel the heat transfer (ow), so I'm assuming the CPU is running fine too. What could be wrong?
