Disable Auto Underclocking

I have a AMD A8 3870k O.C to 3.7, I know these AMD chips underclock themselves when they are idle or at low usage to save power, I want to turn this off but I don't know how, in some games I play like COD4 my cpu stays at around 30-40% causing it to underclock to around 1.8-2.5 ghz.

Disable Cool N Quiet, and C1E in the BIOS
