Intel X58 Core i7 Configurator
1 x Case ( Xion Echo Gaming Case - Red )
--suggest 2+ 120mm fans. check to see.
1 x Processor ( Intel® Core™ i7 970 Processor (6x 3.20GHz/12MB L3 Cache) )
--cant go wrong with an i7.
1 x Processor Cooling ( Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1366] - [Free Upgrade] Standard 120mm Fan )
--you dont need this. even if you overclock you can spend 1/4 of the money for a good air cooler.
1 x Memory ( 6 GB [2 GB X3] DDR3-1600 - A-DATA Gaming Series )
--would rather see mushkin or another brand but your choice. 6gb should be fine.
1 x Video Card ( AMD Radeon HD 7770 - 1GB - Single Card )
--not familiar with amd cards... check the gpu chart on toms to see your fps estimates.
1 x Video Card Brand ( Major Brand Powered by AMD or NVIDIA )
--what is this?
1 x Motherboard ( [SLI] ASUS P6X58-E PRO )
--i like my asus motherboard, do check that it has the options you want such as usb3, sata3, etc.
1 x Power Supply ( 700 Watt - Standard )
--brand? yes this does matter.
1 x Primary Hard Drive ( 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive )
--suggest primary (boot) drive to be a ssd for speed. 80gb should be fine for this purpose.
1 x Data Hard Drive ( 500 GB HARD DRIVE -- 16M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive )
--suggest the data drive to be the 1tb drive metnioned above. check on brands. wd caviar blacks or samsung spinpoints are the best choices.
1 x Optical Drive ( 24X Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive - Black )
--doesnt matter. anything will work.
1 x Sound Card ( 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard )
--type? some drivers are a real pain to deal with.
1 x Network Card ( Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100) )
--built into mobo? if not, it should be.
1 x Operating System ( None- Pre-formatted Hard Drive Only )
--remember you need to install one if this is the case.
1 x Keyboard ( iBUYPOWER USB Keyboard )
--dont get this junk. pick out what you like instead.
1 x Keyboard ( Razer Lycosa Gaming Keyboard )
--make sure you want this keyboard. if this is the version with the rubber coating i would advise against it.
1 x Mouse ( MadCatz Cyborg R.A.T.7 5600dpi Gaming Mouse )
--the rat7 is a total joke. i've heard of it falling apart over time. go with a logetch g series mouse.
1 x Advanced Build Options ( Professional wiring for all cables inside the system tower - Achieve exceptional airflow in your chassis )
--you could do this yourself with some cable ties and clamps. good idea though.
1 x Advanced Build Options ( Professional wiring for all cables inside the system tower - Basic Pro Wiring )
--and this isnt the same as above?
1 x Warranty ( 3 Year Standard Warranty Service )
--warranty on what? i hope you dont pay extra for this.
1 x Rush Service ( Rush Service Fee (not shipping fee) - No Rush Service, Estimate Ship Out in 5~10 Business Days )
--agree that rush service isnt needed nor worthwhile.

personally i would like to say that you could build the pc for yourself and pick out the parts you really want but that is completely up to you. you will still need to check all the connections upon receipt as things could move during shipping.

i made some modifications to the build to improve performance.

as far as your video card is concerned... what resolution you plan on gaming at is a huge factor.personally i like to stay with nvidia. in general though i normally suggest one card down from whatever is "bleeding edge tech" at the time. this should futureproof you for awhile.

Thanks for the advice. The liquid cooling is free. I have heard amd has better performance than the nvidia. Why does a brand name power supply matter, does it effect performance? I'll definatley change the keyboard and mouse as I have read reviews on them both an don't seem to be the best options. The pro wiring are together it just puts them seperate. Warranty is free and ill take of rush service because I have all the time in the world. Also im not sure the resolution of my screen but I am using an lg flatscreen tv.
