HTPC Build!!! Need overviews/opinions

This will be my first ever build for a client! Wanted a computer that could watch 1080p videos (youtube), do schoolwork, basic stuff. On a budget of 400 bucks and got the build for around 350 and charging 50 for labor. Let me know how the build looks and if it's a good build for the price, etc.
