First computer build

Okay, so I am building my first ever desktop and need advice. It is being built for gaming and high intensity virtualization, as I am a network security major and need to be able to create and around 4 virtualized machines for working on security, maybe even a light server. I am also doing this on a budget so I am trying to keep the price at $850 or below if possible. I also will be getting Windows 7 from my college a heck of a lot cheaper than anywhere so I have no need for that. Parts listed below:

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case]

ASRock 970 EXTREME3]

AMD FX-6100 Zambezi]

G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB]

HIS H677FN1GD Radeon HD 6770]

Western Digital Caviar Blue]

Rosewill RNX-N300 Wireless N Adapter]

Acer S200HLAbd]

Logitech MK120]

All comments, suggestions, and modifications are welcomed! Thanks in advance!

  1. Change the PSU to XFX Core850W PSU.
  2. Actually, for a 6770, get a 500W PSU.
  3. intel can handle more load .
