Im near the end of choosing parts for my new build and i have some questions on fans. If i have 8 fans (6 case fans and 2 cpu cooler fans) will i be able to plug them all to my motherboard? Or do i need a fan controller?

Case: Cooler Master Haf X
MoBo: ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V6GT

I will fill out the case with fans: 3 x 200mm 1 x 230mm 3 x 120mm (+1 for fan duct)

You need other information just let me know :)

My advice is to buy a fan controller.
With this you can controll al your fans Scythe KQ02-BK Kaze Q12 12 Channel Fan Controller - Black http://www.amazon.com/Scythe-KQ02-BK-Kaze-Channel-Contr... 30$
The fans from your CPU cooler plug on motherboard in the place for cpu cooler fans.
For 6 fans :
Scythe Kaze Master Pro 5.25 Fan Controller http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
ZALMAN MFC1 Plus-B Black 6 Channel Multi Fan Controller http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You will need a PWM Y-Cable for your two CPU cooler fans. That MB doesn't have a second CPU power connector...
12" 4pin - $4

As sosfm suggested the Scythe fan controller would be fine. The 8 channel is probably sufficient though.
Scythe 8 channel - $25

Im pretty sure it comes with the V6GT. I think i will go with the Scyther Kaze Master Pro, really like the fact that it will warn me in case of overheating or fan failure as its my first time using a fan controller and i dont want to overheat the system because i set the RPMs to low. And thanks for the advice, really nice to be able to get when building a computer for the first time :)

the cpu fan(s) should be plugged into the cpu fan slot(s)

all other fans you have the option of using the mb slots, direct plug in to molex or using a fan controller.

with 6 case fans (120mm?) having the fanspeed set on low should be fine.
