Radeon 6900 help - Black screen on login

Hello, im having trouble with my computer, when i try to boot my computer into normal mode, it shows a black screen after the window logo (Doesnt reach the blue log in screen) although i can enter Safe mode, disable the Display adapter (Radeon 6900 hd series) then go into normal mode, can anybody help me out here? Ive tried installing the drivers numerous times but it cannot reset to install them or it wont effect it at all. I have tried system restore and same problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you uninstall all the AMD drivers and software? << If it works in SafeMode, uninstall the software from there and then uninstall the adapter from the device manager and reboot.

Is the BIOS set to the right adapter?
