Is it possible to transfer an entire phone memory including lifetime timer &
nim from one cell-phone to another? I purchased a supposedly brand new
VX4400 on eBay & it came with 181 hours on it. The seller says the tech at
the VZ store transfer that over from his old phone to what they said was a
new one. I cant find out from VZ if this is possible. Sounds fishy to me.
TIA!

It's possible to transfer data, but not the lifetimer. Lifetime shows
the life of a specific phone. If someone told you that lifetimer
specs could be transferred to another phone they either didn't know
what they were talking about or were lying.
