Can my psu handle the CPU overclock ?

fx-8120
asus directcu 2 top gtx 560 @ 925mhz
corisar vengeance 2x4gb ddr3 @ 1600mhz
corsair force gt 90gb ssd
wd 320gb 5400rpm data hdd
a dvdrw drive (random one)
990fxa-ud3 mobo from gigabyte
Corsair GS600 PSU


So im getting a hyper 212 evo soon and im planning to push my CPU as far as i can with it. Will my PSU be a limiting factor or can i just push atleast 4.2ghz or so out of it ?
