Upgrade optiplex gx620

Hello, I am debating whether to upgrade my two OptiPlex GX620 PC-s -or- purchase completely new PC-s or Laptops. I need to know what upgrades would need to be done in order to modernize (i.e. run Windows 7 or 8, good Internet streaming, small business applications, low-key gaming, etc.) said PC-s -and- what the costs would be to do so.

Personally i would replace the system all together and donate that one to someone that needs it.

but for upgrades... your pretty much stuck with what CPU you have...

as for ram you can go up to 2GB (2x1gb sticks) you will need at least 1 gb to run windows 7 maybe more for windows 8.

as for graphics you could throw a entry level card in there to get by a little longer. pretty much anything would be better than you got... but being that your system is so outdated i would go cheap. anything in the list below would be a decent inexpensive upgrade and allow for semi smooth 1080P playback. (your cpu and connection would cause any buffering.)
