How does this $2400 dollar build look

I am planning on building a system do these components look good and will they work together well. Thanks.

PSU- Corsair Professional 750 Watt Silver Certified
CPU- Intel i7 3820
OS- Windows 64 Bit Professional
DVD- HP 24X DVD Drive 1260i
Case- Cooler Master Storm Trooper
HD- WD 1TB Caviar Black
Memory- Corsair DDR3 12GB 1600Mhz
Heatsink- Hyper 212
SSD- Corsair Force Series GT 120GB
GPU- Sapphire 7950
Mobo- Sabertooth X79

I have no idea how it adds up to a $2400. Either you are getting it over priced or you did the math wrong.

Add $250 for the OS & you got total of $1991. You can retain your case & the Hyper 212 & you end up with $20 less.
