Help on Mobo! 1.5k

Guys,

I need help here. I'm almost done but just need to choose the MoBo.

CPU: 2500k
GPU: HD7970
SSD: Crucial M4
RAM: G-Skill 8Gb
Mon: 24" Samsung
Power: SeaSonic 750W

I can't decide which mobo should I pick.

Here what I have in my mind:

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 U$ 129,00
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 U$ 194,00
ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 U$ 169,00
ASRock Z68 EXTREME4 GEN3 U$ 184,00

Any ideas? A different one?

Go with the Asus or get the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P - those would be my recommendations.

V PRO/GEN3 is best IMO.
