im upgrading my computer i need to know what mobo will work with or would be the cheeper and work with this cpu (AMD FX-8150 FX 8-Core Black Edition Processor (FD8150FRGUBOX) / with windows 7 ultimate 64bit i have the XFX ATI Radeon HD 5670 1 GB DDR5 im going to run for now

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX - AM3+ - TUF Series - ATX AMD 990FX DDR3 1800 Motherboards

(or the)

GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

(with this ram)

Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B

will eather have any problems with the 8150

will i have to flash the bios to run the 8150 on either mobos or should it work right out of the box

    okay this is good to know i can get it from amazon for the same price , and a nother question does chipset have anything to do with the way it works like the 990 vs 970 thanks for your help
