Usb pass through question

so i wanna build a computer with this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139007
but the usb 3 in the front of the case doesn't have a mobo connection.

(is only my 2nd build so i don't consider myself a pro yet, hence why i'm here)
so i was wondering do i use something like this

any help would be greatly appreciated, other than the front facing usb not having a mobo connection i really like the case, it would suck if i couldn't use it because of this.

edit: both you link will work fine too. they both go to the same product so what the 2nd was supposed to be idk. 6 months ago newegg didn't have any and I forgot to look at the links. all they do is rearrange the wires to match the motherboard socket, no worries
