Not sure if the acer uses the same panel as the others you mentioned (think I've read somewhere on here that it does...), but I am sure that its response time is 16ms total... In fact, I owns one, and I gota tell ya: Its beautiful!
I don't feel qualified enough to review it or anything, but its done nothing but impress me since I bought it... its looks sexy, no ghosting that I've seen, crystal clear, spot on colours, etc... its just plain sweet...
