Hi, I am thinking of buying this GPU...
Is it worth spending an extra $50 for a sapphirre card, or should I stick with the reference one? Will the overclocking capability be affected if I buy a reference card?

Cheers Guys! :bounce:

I don't think the overclocking capabilities will be afected, but a better cooling is indicated for a high overclock.

Do you think I will be able to get the reference card to 1Ghz core without any extra cooling?

You can get better cooling and less noise with alternate coolers . The gigabyte with triple fan "windforce" cooler has an awesome reputation , and would be my first choice
