Need help finding 850watt PSU

Hi fellas my neighbor just bought 2x MSI GTX 580 Lightning Xtreme i am thinking 750W-850Watt is about what he needs since he has five hard drives and two ssd hes also oc his cpu @4.6GHZ 1.35v anyways he only has $120.00 what's the best he can do with that little of money he won't believe me a 750Watt might be fine lol

with a system like that i would buy a very good quality psu,pro series corsair or seasonic, here i a idea but it just exceeds his budget

Problem is he only has $122 so MIR won't help any
