Hi,

How reliable is my PSU? Here are my specs

i5 2400
Asrock H61m-hvs
Sapphire 7870
2x 4g Kingston 1333 RAM

and...

Zalman zm500-gs PSU

http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.asp?idx=...

I cant find a comprehensive review online, I tried checking the toms psu manufacturer list and I cant find the specific manufacturer, although it could be FSP (hooray!) but im really not sure, should I be worried in the future? I dont my PC just crapping out on me :)

It looks like a tier 2(very good) unit on this list.

May I suggest you abandon CF.

Your motherboard does not seem to support it.

Instead of spending extra for a new psu and motherboard, along with a second card, why not just sell the 7870 and replace it with a GTX670 which can run on your current psu?

I'll consider it, of course ill replace my mobo for CF, but the 670 sounds nice too
