3-pin case fan connector to 4-pin connector query

Hi there,

I intend to purchase an Antec 302 case. It comes with 2 case fans and one of the fans have a 3-pin fan connector and the other fan has a 4-pin connector.

My motherboard which is a P8Z77 V LX has 4-pin chassis connector port.

I read that i need a 3-pin to 4-pin converter. Is that true? if so where can i purchase one from online?

Just discovered i may not need a converter based on what it states in this thread:

You should be safe to connect a 3-pin to a 4-pin. As far as I am aware 4-pin connections are for fans with higher power consumption and fan control. You should be fine to have a pin remaining.
