i am thinking of ocing and adding a cpu cooler....
all i am doing is multitasking , light video editing and surfing.
is this not a benefit for my needs?
if it is, can anyone guide me through the steps(point me to the article with instructions)
also recommend a good cpu cooler and thermal (paste or compound) not sure the difference between the two

thanks

Theres a sandy bridge overclocking guide in the overclocking section and yes, if you are after a serious gain then an aftermarket cooler is a necessity
