My processor is a Pentium(R) 4 Dual-Core CPU T4300 @2.10GHz 2.10GHz.

Is there any way I could upgrade to NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon. Please tel me how to PLEASE! I'd love to upgrade my graphics card to these so i can play better games. I Can currently play sanandreas, gta 3 + vice city and many more. Just not in medium settings on gta sa THANKS PEOPLE

You have a laptop right? Only high end gaming laptops can have their graphics upgraded. You are stuck with what you have.

It's either a laptop or one of those small form factor PCs. Either way not going to be upgradable.
