I Have a Windows 7: Home Edition. It's a 64BIT version and has 2.10GHz with 4GB RAM. The Graphics Card is Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
My processor is a Pentium(R) 4 Dual-Core CPU T4300 @2.10GHz 2.10GHz.

Is there any way I could upgrade to NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon. Please tel me how to PLEASE! I'd love to upgrade my graphics card to these so i can play better games. I Can currently play sanandreas, gta 3 + vice city and many more. Just not in medium settings on gta sa THANKS PEOPLE

What model is your PC? Did you buy it at a store?

You have a laptop right? Only high end gaming laptops can have their graphics upgraded. You are stuck with what you have.

we need the exact make and model.. There should be a sticker on the back or side of the PC.

It's either a laptop or one of those small form factor PCs. Either way not going to be upgradable.
