Looks pretty good.
Drop the sound card entirely. You won't hear the difference if you don't have giant headphones that need the amp.
Get RAM that won't interfere with the Mugen 3 if you ever decide to fill all your slots. Those Vengeance heat spreaders are utterly useless.
Get a decent 750W PSU like this one for SLI/Xfire:
Drop to a 2500K! If you're not doing some kind of crazy media work, you'll never see a performance difference in gaming (they're VERY close).
Since I've just put you in the price range of the soon-to-be-released 7800 series, wait a couple of weeks. They'll probably be a much better value than the 570 if you don't feel like you can afford a 7950 (or whatever Kepler cards come out in that time). If you don't want to wait, grab a 570.

if you are just gaming use the 2500k instead

The mugen is awesome , but probably not needed when you can get very good cooling and over clocks with the CM Hyper 212

The 560 ti is at the end of its production life and will be replaced shortly . Check the price of the better performing Radeon 7850 instead

You dont need an 800 watt psu . 650 watts will be plenty

^ That 100%. 650W is even enough to CF the 7850 in the future.

You can't check the price on the 7850, as it's not available yet.
650W will do it for Xfire.

It was $260 before it got sold out. I put it in my wishlist and it went out of stock. I believe it was a paper launch.

I think that Barracuda will end up being more in pounds.

And the Barracuda runs at Caviar Green speed - 5900RPM. Get a 7200RPM HDD from Seagate, WD, Samsung.

Oops. Didn't know it was more expensive there.

7200 HDDs are a bit pricey for 1TB+ units.

Then get a 500gb HDD until prices drop in a few months.

The NH-D14 or the Havik 140. You could go all out and get a H100

Is the NH-D14 better than the Noctua NH -C14? Whats the better one to go for, one the one you would choose, i just want something that will prevent any overheating, still not sure on Liquid Cooling tbh :)

The D14 is better. The H100 is a pre-filled WC unit so it's actually much easier to install than the D14.

I don't think you need anything better than the Mugen. Sandy Bridge doesn't really have temperature problems, especially since you won't need to push that 2500K to anything like its maximum OC.
