Well It seems I am back on here for more advice. I seem to be posting here a lot nad I am sorry if anyone is upset by it. My wife shot down me getting the 550 ti, the 6570, and the 6770.
I need to spend as little as possible preferably in the <$80 range shipped with tax in CA. (8.25%)
Current system:

8 GB G. Skill stealth 1600 ram cas 9
Phenom II X4 2.8 Deneb Proc

Ample case cooling.
Ah oops very light gaming fallout 3 and WoW and maybe some maplestory. Also some very rare model rendering with blender. (fallout 3 and Morrowind)
Oh previous card died of a tragic manufacturing error. It was a radeon 4650 from powercolor and they routed the fan power cable under the heatsink and it melted the insulation. The card is dead and power color says it was tampered with.

Ah, women. They NEED a new purse, but it's a waste of cash to buy a new PC part =/
*ahem*
You'll probably want to start looking at local classifieds. Nothing wrong with a used cards, and I've seen people sell 5830s for around $80. You'll just have to keep looking and jump on a deal when you find one.
Then get something used. Going below a 6570 hurts too much.
What is your monitor's resolution?
Follow the graphics hierarchy chart if you are wondering how one thing performs vs. another. Just make sure if getting a used card that it has DX11 and is in a good position on the chart.
Hmm I have a guy locally selling a GTX 285 for $50 but he says it was an oem from his FX5200 (?) But I cant find any copys any which way to tell if this is a good price per power considering its an oem pull.
I got there and it was a GTX 285 from a alienware PC not sure what model, but the card was dead I had him plug it in to see what settings he was running it at... wouldn't even reach post with out half the screen garbled and the color was a odd aqua.
But On the plus side of things I get to do a happy dance my wife is gonna let me go to the pc shop tomorrow and she is gonna chip in money if she sees a "reasonable" priced card. I am taking her out to Stantons for dinner tonight.
