Psu position

i have 1 intake fan, top and rear exhaust fans. i am going to add a side panel fan. should this be an intake or exhaust? (i am thinking intake)
also i have my psu postioned with the fan down. should i flip it?

Front bottom side fans are intake usually, rear and top exhaust,
and with Psu's its usual to have the fan facing down, even on bottom mount cases with no grill
