You have 70$+ to invest in a better full hd monitor and a 560Ti :
    HANNspree By Hanns-G Black 21.5" 5ms Full HD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824262011

  2. One thing for certain, no computer you build today is 5-year future proof. I'll give a maximum of 3 years before the HD6870 becomes inadequate, probably less.

I'd suggest cutting a few more corners. Get a cheap $50 case. Get a Corsair CX500 PSU. That's a $100 saved. Use that money on getting a GTX560Ti and a full HD monitor.
  3. Another good PSU modular and enough for your build even with 560Ti.
Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC 65$
