From your long list :) these are my favourites:
    CPU : I5 2500K
    MOBO : ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
    For gaming is more than enough 8GB RAM ( 2 X 4GB).
    Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
    Crucial Ballistix sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
    G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
I choosed only low profile heatsink RAM not to interfere with your CPU cooler.
GPU : EVGA GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi)
    PSU : if you don;t SLI a good 600W - 650 W is more than enough.
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650M 650W 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular High Performance
  2. I think in your build will fit an SSD for OS and quick boot: Mushkin Enhanced Chronos MKNSSDCR60GB 2.5" 60GB SATA III 80$
  3. You could save a little money, overall I'm liking your build.

Check out my $850 build here:
I'd be looking at an AMD route currently, I'm talking about the Graphics of course. I say this because the 7850/7870 releasing soon provide much more performance @ the price points w/ less power consumption, lower temps and higher overclocks.
  4. I just updated my build so any more suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. :D Also, thanks to everyone that replied thus far it's been a huge help!
  5. Yep, if you did check out my build guide. I'd suggest that you go with the Asrock Extreme3 Gen3 and save some money. As for the the PSU, go with the Antec 650w and save some money but get just as good performance. That or you might as well get an OCZ ZS 750w @ the price you're at.

    Here is the Antec:
  6. Are you dead set on that case? If not you might want to check out the corsair 600t, the corsair 650d, or the nzxt switch 810. All great cases.

Besides that, you build is looking great. I have the OCZ ZT series 750w fully modular psu and i got that for around 109, and it is great.
