What do you think about my build?

Hello,
Here is my build, it will be used for gaming, video and photo editing, among other usual things.

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD7-B3
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 580 Superclocked
CASE: COOLER MASTER COSMOS II RC-1200-KKN1
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB
PSU: Silverstone Strider ST1500
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100
SSD: SAMSUNG 830 Series 256gb
HDD: 3X Western Digital Caviar Black WD2002FAEX 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Disc Drive: Plextor B940SA
Speakers: Corsair Gaming Audio Series SP2500
Mouse: Cyborg R.A.T. 9
Keyboard: RAZER BlackWidow Ultimate
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional

What do you all think, should i change anything?
Also, i haven't decided on monitor(s) any help is welcomed!

To me that PSU seems very heavy for this setup. unless you plan on later doing tripple or quad SLI on the 580, i really don't see the need for it. A solid corsair psu in the 800-850w range would do nicely, even if you plan on a two-card SLI later on. Other than that, it looks pretty solid to me. :)
