So for christmas this year i got a bad ass new hd tv
i was hoping to hook my computer up to my tv to allow me to watch movies or even play games off my computer directly to my tv
i already have a nvidia Geforce 9600 GT with two DVI outputs, and my computer has a standard monitor output as well
is there an easy way i can hook 2monitors up to my graphics card and a tv? maybe a split cord or converter box? the back of my computer is very hard to get to so i was hoping for an easier solution than switching the cords every time
I was told that 2 monitors per one Nvidia graphic card. I don't know how true this is but if it is then you would need another Nvidia card for the TV and that would require a 2nd PCIe slot.
I don't know any thing about spliting the signal. I do know this there are graphic cards out there and all you need is one to run all three off the one card. If I find anything or someone else has something to add. I will look into this.
