CPU Cooler for Intel Core i7 3770K on a ASUS Sabertooth Z77?

I'm using all of my RAM slots, 32GB Corsair Vengeance with the heat spreaders, and a Cosmos II is my case. It's at stock speed, I'd also like it to be more of a quiet Heatsink.

Try Xigmatek Dark Knight Hawk edition.
There is a review at Hardware Secrets , that you can see it doesn't interfere with any memory slot.
It has also great cooling and its low on noise.
