Need help and/or suggestions

Hello everyone. First I will give you my specs so you'll know what I'm running.

Cooler Master HAF 932 case
MSI 990FXA-GD65 main board
AMD Phemon II X6 1100T
Mushkin Blackline 16g DDR3 1600
EVGA GTX 560 TI SC
Hitachi Deskstar 1tb hard drive
Corsair HX850 850w power supply
LGBlu ray burner
Hitachi 42" LED TV for monitor

OK now for the problem. I have been getting this random twitch in my screen. It doesn't matter if I am gaming or the computer is just sitting there at the desktop. It's driving me crazy lol. I'm thinking its my video card but not sure. I could possibly be upgrading my video card soon but I wanted to get suggestions of what might be causing this problem before I do.

It could be the HDTV/monitor, the GPU, or the cable. Make sure the HDMI (I assume) cable is securely fastened on both ends. Also, make sure your drivers are fully up to date (won't fix the problem, but won't hurt either).

Is this a random thing, or does it happen more often when stressing the system?
