General/gaming pc ? which one?

Hi all got about 700 pounds to spend on a new pc and monitor want to get a 27 inch monitor from amazon for 190 so that leaves 500 for the pc.... not really a hardcore pc gamer just play a bit of WOW and probably the new cnc generals 2 when its released .

Seen this one on mesh computers could anyone please tell me if its any good both for what i want it for and for the price , i really havent a clue about computers until i turn the thing on :) !

The second one has a significantly better graphics card, other than that they are pretty much the same. The 4650 is pretty old tech and isnt even close to the 6770. You didnt list a price for the second..is it a lot more?

Thanks for the reply the second one is 50 quid more which i suppose explains the better graphics card! could u tell me if the second one is a good enough computer for what i want it for just to play a few games and general browsing e.t.c ? thanks
