how can I fix my emachines dvd/cd drive. It is stuck and I have music cd in it and it doesn't play.

There should be a small hole in the front that you can stick a straightened paper clip to eject the disk that is in the drive. If the drive is truly "broken" you will need to replace it, but perhaps the disk in there is just jammed. Try another disk that is not really important to you, like a blank (in case it gets damaged). See if the drive will spin and be recognized by the OS.
