Hello, I hope I'm posting this in the right place...

I'm looking to build a Media Center PC to connect to the TV to watch Movies/TV, look at pictures, record TV, that sort of thing. I've been looking around at parts to build one myself and was wondering whether anyone would be able to tell me whether this would be a good enough build for a decent media center:

Case: Novatech Opera Media Centre Case (Including 500W Power Supply)
Motherboard: ASUS M4A78LT-M LE - AMD 760G
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 265
RAM: Corsair VS2GB1333D3 2GB
Hard Drive: Westen Digital WD2500JS 250GB
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon HD 5450 (This is mainly just to be able to watch things in HD and for a HD output into the TV, I think it'd work...)
Disk Drive: Samsung SH-S222BB/BEBE DVD Writer
TV Tuner Card: Kworld Dual DVB-T PC160-2T TV Tuner Card

Are these components compatible with each other, and have the parts I've chosen a good choice for a low budget?

Thank you in advance, I hope I've posted this correctly.
