Which one is better and why? The main thing I'm looking for is power quality and overall quality, not cost (they're pretty close and they will last a long time). Here's my build: i5 3570k (I'm overclocking), noctua d14, gigabyte gtx 670 (probably overclocking), asus p8p67 deluxe (with bios update), xonar dx, mushkin chronos 120gb, cooler master haf x blue, g. skill 8gb 1600mhz.

seasonic is a tier one power supply maker; manufactures other brands. Antec, corsair, ocz, and enermax are also good.13thmonkey said:
seasonic, no question.seasonic have a much better rep.
Super Flower (the OEM for the Kingwin Lazer PSU line) is also a tier one manufacturer. Corsair doesn't make their own PSUs, they have Seasonic make them. Antec uses Delta (mostly). OCZ, I believe uses Sirfa (or Sirtec, I get them confused). Enermax makes their own.
Blind brand loyalty has always been an issue on this forum. I recommend looking at the reviews on jonnyguru dot com for both units and make an informed decision for yourself. If it were me, I would get the Super Flower (Kingwin) as I have not heard of coil whine complaints, in general, from that manufacturer. Seasonic has fixed, from what I've read, their coil whine issues since I got burned about 2 years ago with a dozen or so PSUs that all whined like crazy (all Seasonic OEM).

I didn't get any answers with evidence, so I looked at the ripple, and the seasonic has a more constant, lower frequency, and a more constant voltage. Also, I don't like kingwin's fan profile, so I bought the seasonic. How did you look at the ripple? Was it my checking the reviews I provided?
When looking at the results myself you'd have to be nitpicking like crazy to say that one is overall better than the other; in some areas the Kingwin is better, in others the Seasonic is better.
