Motherboard (socket 1155) and cpu (socket 1366) are incompatible. I suggest either an i5 2500k or a standard i7 2600. 3ds MAX and CS5 together will surely require a graphics card from the NVIDIA Quadro line.

The GTX 680 MIGHT drop the 22nd, but take that with a grain of salt. As for IB, probably June.
