Sub$1000 gaming build 2nd opinions

First, a question:

OCZ modxstream 600w & EVGA 560 ti superclocked
min amps on the card is 30, the psu has 2x 25amp rails
compatible?

Anything look wrong here? always like a 2nd opinion or 10 before i shell out a grand :)
its basically a DIY $1200 iBUYPOWER with a few swapped parts
