I seem to have an overheating cpu since I bought it. I got an AMD Phenom II x4 955 black (non overclocked) with stock fan yet I am getting about 51c on idle and 60c when playing. I don't know why this is happening because I cleaned my case, and applied new thermal paste (nexxtech). Applying the new thermal paste didn't seem to help at all. On the front of my case I have a case temp. monitor and it shows 28.5c but my coretemp, bios, and hardware monitor shows around 50c. Is this a bad sensor? I am looking at getting a hyper 212+ cooler and artic silver thermal paste but I was wondering is there anything I can do to help the high temps?

System:
Cpu: AMD Phenom II x4 955 black 3.2ghz
Motherboard: Asus M3A76-CM (got latest updates)
OS: Windows 7 32bit
Case: Blue Apevia (2 inside fans)
Room Temp: 17c-26c(not really sure)
