The really cheap workstation

The workstation is gonna be used for MS Office, surfing the internet, emails, and a little photo viewing. There will be no photo editing or video editing, or anything heavy. What I'm thinking of is an A8 Unlocked APU (3870K if possible), one SSD (60 GB or more) and a HDD. 4 GB of RAM will be enough and more will be added in the near future. Try to keep it in between $400 to $700 including Windows 7 64-bit OEM version.

for those limited requirements the below would be more than sufficient:

i3
4gb ram
budget mb
integrated video on mobo
integrated sound on mobo
60gb ssd
your choice of hdd (pref 7200rpm)

even with an ssd and win7 you can easily be below $700
