I'd agree with going intel if you can justify it. It will perform better across the board. But if your a AMD fan no point in trying to convince you.

It also might be a tad cheaper. I'd also try to find a deal on the 560ti. Thats overpriced imo.

It's a solid build. Since you have a bit more budget headroom, you can do better.

I'd suggest going for a i5 2400 + HD7850 for that budget. Check my sig. The $800 build should be under $700 since you already have an OS and hard drives.

I'd go with the i3 2120 build also. Cheaper than the X4 for about the same performance.

sosofm´s build is amazing; I would go that way.

Unless you are payed to use AMD; go intel is is simply better.
