My PC components too hot?

Hey!

I'm not sure if this is the right category to post in, but I'll give it a try.

So basically I updated my PC few months ago and I've been monitoring the temperatures and I can't really say that I'm satisfied with them.

My specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom X4 955 3.2 GHZ (Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 CPU Cooler used for it)
PSU: Corsair CX 500W
Motherboard: ASUS M5A87
GPU: AMD Sapphire 6870 1GB
Case Feel 507

My idle temps are:

CPU: 47 C
GPU: 55 C
Motherboard: 47 C

When I'm playing they all go up to 60 C.

Should I be worried?

It might be due to the bad airflow , cause I only have 1 case fan which is on the back. (Exhaust fan) So I don't have an intake fan.
My case is kinda old so I can't really set up more fans, there is a place on the front in side I thought I would place a fan there to blow the air trough the case/components and then my recent fan can suck the air out. Would this be a good idea?

Hi :)

A lot depends on the rooms ambient temperature....they are a little high if you were where I am in the UK.... But for the Sahara desert, they are low...

But basically your case NEEDS more airflow...more fans...to get the hot air OUT...

All the best Brett :)

I have just tested it now, when I start up my PC everythings around 30-40 C.

So it only goes up when I play games like GTA 4 etc.

And then probably cause of the bad airflow / hot weather , they can't cool down.
