What is the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of your 250 Watt power supply unit?

If you have a consumer desktop computer like an Acer, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, HP, Sony, etc., please provide its brand and model.

If you have the brand and model number of the 250 Watt power supply unit please post it.

Yes, I think it should work, assuming it fits in the case. That is, the power supply will run it but you still may not be able to use it.

The Dell Inspiron 560s Desktop's 250W power supply has a maximum +12 Volt continuous current rating of 17 Amps so it should have no problem running your system with a single Radeon HD 6570.

The slimline case will only allow you to use low profile or low profile ready graphics cards.
