Missing one piece from my new build. Please Help.

Ok, so I have taken the advise you guys gave me and have bought my parts. I need advise for one more piece.
The parts I have so far...

- i7 2700k
- Asus z68 pro gen 3 motherboard
- Corsair 500r case
- Corsair 16 gb 1600 ddr3 vengeance ram
- Corsair AX850 PSU
- Corsair 240gb force gt SSD
- Hitachi 2TB HHD
- LiteOn Bluray player/burner
- Corsair H100
- Nvidia gtx 680 (future buy)

Now im looking for a good reliable 5.25 card reader.

I was liking the AFT AFT PRO-57U All-in-one

until i read that it is not compatible with the corsair 800d case. (I have the corsair 500r). Also that the motherboard header didnt fit right on the Asus z68 pro gen 3 ( that's what i got. I also have the corsair vengeance ram non low file).

The other one I was looking at was the XIGMATEK CCO-UCOIAB-U01

There are no reviews on this unit yet but it looks nice.

Do you guys have any recommendations or opinions on both these units? Or other units that are good?

  1. Why not go with something a bit cheaper like this.

for the most part your setup looks good, not sure how many help out with your parts list. but as for a card reader, just get one that looks good. it not a performance part.

Now for my take. When if comes to PSU, this is my favoirt item, Corsair get most of its psu from seasonic and some from toppower

you should consider this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151102
they are just better in every way. and I would use an intel SSD. your choise may bet a bit faster,. But not as reliable. I have used several ssd. They are fast but they also have a teriable shelf life. I have an intel and so far it is the best.
