I currently have 2 video cards in my computer and hooked up two monitors (if you haven't tried this, you should, you might get addicted, especially since CRTs are so cheap now). One card is an AGP GeForce2 MX and the other is a 4mb trident (was gonna stick an old Riva128 but it died).

So I thought about replacing the trident, because diablo 2 refuses to run full screen with the trident enabled. My question is, has anyone else tried a multi-video card config while running games and had probs?

The second issue i wanted to bring up was the fact that almost all the new cards are agp only, that leaves not much for a second video card... So if that is the case, then maybe i should get one of those cards with dual outputs...

My main goal is to be able to play Diablo II while running instant messaging... sure it is a crazy idea but Diablo II is a pretty non-mind intensive game...in fact it almost reminds me of minesweeper (click...click...click).

Does it work?
Yes!
Ok, How well does it work?
Uhh...
