Win ME and slowdown Tags: DDR RAM Windows Last response: December 26, 2001 12:24 AM in Windows 95/98/ME Share Anonymous December 24, 2001 11:28:36 PM Running Win ME, XP1600, 512 DDR ram, K7S5A MOBO, and I am getting a gradual slowdown to the point when I'm told that there are not enough resources to run a program, the mouse gets so slow and jumpy and programs wont open, anyone got any ideas ?? Start shutting down Mickey Mouse stuff until it works right. If that doesn't work, beat it with a bat until the problem stops.
