Hello, How to read the color of the wire of 10-1 pin F-Panel?
the colored ones are the positive/hot wire?

Yes the colored ones are the +, negative is usually white or black.

Yes, if the wire is paired with a white, the white is negative. If the wire is paired with a black, the black is negative.

Also if you look closely at the case headers there should be a small black triangle indicating that hot or positive wire.
