no it cannot handle your you should upgrade your power supply because your psu is of 300watts and the card hd 6770 requires atleast 450watts power supply with one 6 pin pcie connector and your psu not have an pcie connector also so you should upgrade your psu of 600 - 700watts minimum to upgrade cards on future dont put that card on your motherboard and check whether your motherboard have a x16 pci on your board.

Problem is I only have money for a video card right now. The psu is something I'm stuck with for now until I save up enough to upgrade. I'll just settle with a 6670 for now. Thanks for the input.

yes the hd 6670 will work on your psu but if u spend money for that gpu u will not get as much as money for the good gpu so thats why i m telling you first get an psu then think of gpu that will help you in future mate so i have one cheap psu with great watts with 2 pcie connectors that u can do crossfire of two gpu in future with that one just wait atleast 2 or 3 months and collect more money and buy both psu and gpu

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013#top$69.99 after rebate 54.99 believe me u will be happy with this buy

an if ur not thinking to upgrade ur psu then just get an hd 6670

This PSU will handle a 6770 with no problems, you don't need a 450 watt PSU to power a 6770. Hell a high quality 350 watt PSU would work with the right components. I'm running a 6850 off a Antec 380D no problems at all.
