    Video card is a no-brainer: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983 - Sapphire Radeon HD 7870
    BD-R burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136241 - LG BD-R Burner
    HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697 - Seagate 1TB
    PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151087 - Seasonic X750 Gold
    RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104127 - Kingston Hyper X

Total: $785 - you can use the difference to get either a nice SSD or a good cooling solution.

The 570 is a good choice, but now the 7870 easily eclipses it: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7870-review-benchmark,3148.html

OCZ PSUs are very questionable reliability at best, and I do not recommend getting the Vengeance RAM with the tall heat sinks as that will interfere with any aftermarket heat sinks you plan on using.

    Try these:

    PSU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1753667&CatId=2533 - Corsair TX750
    RAM: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1412141&CatId=4534 - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
    Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983 - Sapphire Radeon 7870
