Video card is a no-brainer: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - Sapphire Radeon HD 7870
BD-R burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - LG BD-R Burner
HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - Seagate 1TB
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - Seasonic X750 Gold
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - Kingston Hyper X

Total: $785 - you can use the difference to get either a nice SSD or a good cooling solution.

The 570 is a good choice, but now the 7870 easily eclipses it: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7870-revi...

OCZ PSUs are very questionable reliability at best, and I do not recommend getting the Vengeance RAM with the tall heat sinks as that will interfere with any aftermarket heat sinks you plan on using.

Try these:

PSU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite... - Corsair TX750
RAM: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite... - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - Sapphire Radeon 7870
