Better graphics card question

pc has AMD fx8150 asus m5a97 8gb afx pro650w power supply hd6450 gpu.
i think there maybe an issue with the hd6450 slowing down the pc. basically i use the pc to watch movies and play few games. what would be a better gpu? i'd to stay below $200

I'd suggest GTX 560 (non Ti)/HD 6870. Depends on which you prefer, nVidia or AMD. They offer similar performance at similar price. Check this for more info:
